Fitness Testing

Last week on our P.E session, we had to do the Fitness Testing again, but the first time they did it I wasn't there. So the results that I'm going to talk about is the results that I got last week.

The score that I got for the first activity that we did which is called " Sit and Reach " for the first try is 26.4 cm and for the second try, I got 28.1 cm. For me, I did pretty bad because the score that I got when I did it last year was 30 plus so I was pretty disappointed but I think I could do better next time.

The second test that we did was the " Grip Test ". We did this test using a hand grip. The score that I got is 32. I don't really know if I did it right, but my hand hurts after I did it.

The third one that we did is the vertical test. The score that I got is 2.4. I think that was a better score than last year. Maybe because I got taller. A little bit. The fourth and last testing that we did is the sit ups. I got 15 or 20. I honestly can't remember.

  1. Hi Janel, I really enjoyed reading your blog post. The thing that you did really well in is the sit and reach because when I did the sit and reach I didn't do that well so you did better then me. The thing that you need to work on is separating two different subjects into single paragraghs.

What do you think you should improve on next?

  2. Hi Janel
good job on your blog post, I like how you added lost of punctuation. Next time you could add a little bit more information, and next time you could add witch testing did you like best. Other then that keep up the great work.

  3. Hi Janel,
This is a really good blog post about your fitness testing in P.E. I like how you added your scores in and compared them with your old scores from last time. I also liked how you we're being honest about not improving your scores and that you said you could do better next time. But what I think you should do next time is maybe right more about the fitness testing like what was challenging in one of the activities. What do you enjoying in P.E this term? Keep up the great work.
