Athletics

Hey guys, this blog post is going to be about the results of my practice for Athletics. Even know youre just going to be doing social, you still have to do the practice because you are going to be doing the activities except it won't be measured or timed.

Some of the things that practised was How to throw a Discuss and a Shot Put, How to do Long jump and High jump and more.

Here is the chart that we made to be able to keep intact with the results that we got:

The only thing that I don't have here is the result for my long Distance.
Here it is:
100 m - 21 seconds 
200 m - 1.16 minutes 
400 m - 2.58 minutes
1500 m - 8.30 m 

I was so surprised with the results that I got for my long distance especially for the 1500 m one.
