What causes stress?

When you're too pressured on doing things that you have to finish early. Things like Relationships, Money, Work and even your Family could give you way too much pressure that might even lead you to work too hard and not be able to care for yourself. It also makes you over think and over thinking would not help you at all.

What can stress physically do to your body?

For me, I think that stress could make you fat. No kidding! Why? Well for me, that happens when you're too busy doing things that makes you stressed, you would sometimes think that food is the best way you could relax and clear your mind. Other things that stress could cause your body is that it could make you feel very sick. It could make you feel sore or give you a very bad headache.

How can stress affect the four areas of our well being?

Your stress levels and your coping skills can also influence your physical health. Higher levels of stress can increase the risk of illness and disease. ... Chronic stress also has a negative impact on your physical health. Some of the connections between stress and illness are determined by the ways you cope with stress.

  1. Hi Janel, When I was reading your blog post some of that can relate to me when i feel pressured and stressed by being pushed by people I can get a headache and its not a nice one. Also mayb next time you could add in an intro just to tell us what you have been learning and what you are going to be talking about so that the reader already knows what you are doing in school.
